For Suppliers, participation packages start at $13,000. These participation fees include Executive Boardroom Presentations, pre-scheduled, One-on-One Appointments in a designated meeting area, the Content Sessions, the meals and social events outlined within the agenda, and inclusion in the Event Directory.
Optional sponsorship opportunities are also available and designed to elevate your company’s visibility at the Event. Sponsorship costs start at $5,000.
Executive Boardroom and Theatre Presentations:
Based on your package selection you will:
- present to a number of groups of Retailers. Each group guarantees a minimum of seven executives
- be assigned to present to groups based on a combination of your interests and that of the Retail executives
- have 20 minutes in each Presentation, to provide the Retailers with a snapshot of the product/innovation/service that your Company has to offer
- have available to you a boardroom setup that includes an LCD projector, screen, flip chart, desktop speakers and markers
One-on-One Appointments:
- offer a private environment to continue the dialog started in the boardrooms or to meet with Retailers not scheduled for your presentations
- allow for follow-up with those Retailers that were seen during the boardrooms that expressed an interest in the products/services your Company has to offer
- provide an area to network with all Event participants
