Event Partnership Program and Sponsorship Options

Event Partnership Sponsorships are designed to give you maximum visibility at the Event and will be awarded on a first come; first serve basis and are required to be purchased in conjunction with a presentation package selection.

ONE ON ONE MEETING SPONSOR

This sponsorship provides Suppliers (up to four) with premium exposure each day at the Event to the Retailers and all participants of BuildPoint. This sponsorship includes co-sponsorship of beverages and snacks at The BuildPoint® Meeting Place, marketing exposure prior to and throughout the Event with your logo displayed on signage, the website, on marketing materials and imprinted on cups and napkins used at the food and beverage stations at the One-on-One Meeting Place designating your company as one of the sponsors. Also includes a small display area in the one on one area for product (5’L x 5’W).

WELCOME RECEPTION

Host THE party that will kick off BuildPoint. Be the first to welcome all of the Retailers and Suppliers to California! Receive easel signage with your company logo at the entrance of the reception. Work collectively with BuildPoint staff to “theme” the evening; perhaps a ‘Scavenger Hunt’ party where you will team up to meet and mingle and navigate the property; an island themed “Tiki Party” , “Hot Dog” grill it up with a BBQ or test your skills with a ‘Lawn Bowling’ party…..! Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the Welcome Reception that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the Agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers.

MONDAY NIGHT COCKTAIL PARTY

An ideal occasion to magnify your Company at BuildPoint. Host a cocktail party Monday evening with a theme that compliments your message and elevates your stature and visibility at the Event. Includes a pre-event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the cocktail party that you are sponsoring, website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers through signage.

CLOSING COCKTAIL RECEPTION

RESERVED

The final evening is the culmination of the Event. This sponsorship includes a premium bar for thirty minutes prior to the commencement of the Closing Dinner. Includes website logo visibility, logo on the Agenda, on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers and your logo imprinted on materials at the Cocktail Reception. One member of your Executive Team can propose a toast welcoming all to the closing reception. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed.

OPTION 8


CLOSING DINNER

Host the pinnacle event at BuildPoint! The dinner is the culminating event at BuildPoint. As the evening’s host, your company will be “center stage” before, during, and after the Event. Your CEO/President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and thank the guests. Dinner will include a gourmet sit down dinner with all of the amenities set in an elegant surrounding. A printed place card describing the evening’s events and menu will prominently display your company logo. A gobo depicting your company’s logo will be displayed. Includes a reserve table for 8 – 10 guests.

OPTION 9


EVENT GROUND TRANSPORTATION

You will have the exclusive opportunity to greet the Retailers at the airport and host the ground transportation for all participants, round trip to the Event. You may distribute promotional handouts in the vehicles. In addition, your logo will be included in pre-event materials, on the website and on signage greeting the participants at the airport and hotel. Your logo will be the first and last visual impression of the Event.

OPTION 10


GROUP LUNCHES

Up to three companies may provide lunch to all participants both Monday and Tuesday. You will have a reserved table each day for lunch. Connecting Point will invite eight to ten Retailers to join you for lunch. Your logo will be included on all pre-event materials, on the website and on signage at the lunches. Your logo will be on tent cards that will be positioned on all serving tables for the lunches. On the second day’s lunch, the Group will be provided with “take home” lunch bags with the sponsoring Supplier(s) logo(s) on it.

OPTION 11


THE ENTERTAINMENT

Host the closing entertainment that will be the talk of the industry as BuildPoint concludes. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to the entertainment that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the agenda and on-site promotion to Suppliers and Retailers. Also includes an entertainment meet & greet following the performance for up to 6 people from your organization and/or your invited guests.

KEYNOTE

Start the Event off! Host the keynote as BuildPoint begins. Your executives may greet all attendees and your President will have the opportunity to appear on stage for a brief opportunity to welcome and introduce the keynote. This sponsorship includes a pre-event mailing featuring material by the speaker that will be mailed to all retailers in advance of the Event. You may include a personalized letter letting the retailers know why your company is passionately behind inspiring innovation for the Industry.

CONTENT SESSIONS

A industry-rich Content Session series with industry insights into retail trends of today and the future of retail. This sponsorship will include introducing the speaker, having a cut sheet on all attendees’ chairs in the session and having your logo on the handout from the speaker. We will distribute a pre-event email invitation to all of the Retailers inviting them to the Content Session series that you are sponsoring. Your logo will be included in all pre-event materials, on the website and on the signage at the entrance of the session.

EVENT BADGE POUCHES

Put your logo front and center throughout the Event on the official BuildPoint badge pouches (one color logo and badge pouch will be recommended and must be approved by BuildPoint).

OPTION 15


RETAILER SHIPPING

Provide the Retailers with one (box shipped to bring materials received during BuildPoint back to their office. Your logo will be on the exterior of the bag which will continue to provide you company exposure to the Retailers long after they have returned home. The box will include a portfolio with your logo; that the Retailers can use while at the Event and afterwards back at their office! You may enclose a cut sheet and/or thumb drive from your Company ensuring your message from BuildPoint gets safely back to the office.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

Host the annual BuildPoint Shotgun Golf Tournament for up to 72 players at the Steele Canyon Golf Club, a golf resort like none other designed by Gary Player with respect and appreciation for the natural beauty of the terrain. Each of the three nines offer a distinct environment and type of play for all levels of golfers with the rugged Canyon Course's dramatic shot making challenges and breathtaking elevations, the Ranch Course winding through the fields of a working ranch, and the Meadow Course stretching along the valley floor with beautiful woodlands and streams. Includes a pre-Event e-mail to the Retailers inviting them to participate in the tournament that you are sponsoring, website visibility and a listing with your logo on the agenda, event directory and on-site signage. Sponsorship also includes participation in the tournament for up to 4 individuals from your company, box lunches and the ability to brand the beverage cart.

MECHANICAL PENCILS/PENS

Your name or logo will be on mechanical pencils or pens provided to every attendee of BuildPoint. Provide a long lasting and practical tool for BuildPoint and the days that follow.

Be the last thing on the Retailer’s mind as they drift off to sleep after a successful day! Sponsorship includes a display of fine chocolates with a card bearing your message to them placed on their pillow on one night of the Event. Sponsorship also includes your logo and sponsorship listing in the Event Directory.

EVENT DIRECTORY TAB ADS

Highlight your company's presence at the Event with a four-color ad on one of the tabbed sections of the Event Directory. You will be one of six advertisers for the Event Directory. Submit your print ready art for production in to the three tabs of the directory. The Event Directory is utilized by attendees at the Event and is referenced throughout the year as well.

Sponsorships are sold in conjunction with Presentation Packages. Purchasing a sponsorship in conjunction with your Presentation Package will entitle you to (1) one additional participation badge per $20,000 of incremental dollars spent. ($5,000. minimum to qualify for an extra badge) i.e. $5,000 - $19,999. in sponsorship dollars equals one (1) additional badge; $20,000 - $39,999 = two (2) additional badges, etc.

BuildPoint will not offer nor sell any additional badges outside of those provided for in your Presentation Packages and/or as identified above relevant to Event Sponsorships. Other sponsorship options may be made available. Please consult the BuildPoint Sales Team to discuss your interests.
